2010 With More Than Ever Before

The 20th Annual Bass & Saltwater Fishing Expo opens this year with more tackle and fishing products than this show has ever offered. Over 160 booths offering everything from the latest lures, plastics, jigs, custom rods, apparel, knives, product sample booths, hard-tops, saltwater charters, fresh water guides, cast nets, gaffs.....by far the best show of its kind in the Carolina's and Virginia.

Well they're giving you the chance to show off that special catch and be in the running for a Guided Smallmouth Fishing Experience for two on the New River provided by New River Smallmouth Adventures & lead guide Britt Stoudenmire. Youth anglers can try their skills at casting at targets to gain points. Winners at the show will be invited to the state finals to be held later in the year. Also offered by the Federation is the Kid's Corner with games & activities all designed for one thing in mind ...Get Kids Hooked On Fishing.       Keep'em or Release'em The Mountain Trout Pond Simulator returns and will be filled with over 700 farm raised trout. For a small fee, anglers can fish and have the choice of keeping their catch or releasing them to fight another day. Catch one of the limited number of GOLDEN TROUT and receive a Fishing Expo T-shirt as a reward
